Wizard Of Oz Reviews-Friday and Saturday

Friday

While a few of us went to Spotlight's dinner, the show ran without Gav Lynch there(yes Gersh I know it was you). My reliable sources informed me that the house was not chocked and started to roll downstage with Gersh inside. Luckily the quick thinking pins saved the day. Graham and Andrew combined to break the wizards head, apart from that a quiet night with little trouble for the mighty pins

Saturday

With afew sore heads the Pins trooped to the Parcan Glare for the final performance of Wiz. A cheeky 4 pm start meant plenty of time for beer later on. The show ran well with only a minor problem when stage left forgot the Cauldron but Andrew quickly removed the offending object. Talking of Andrew, his excessive wind caused a lot hilarity amongst both Crew and turns, even causing Dale Evans to nearly wet himself. The show ended and Gav and Nicola had a merry dance in the middle of the stage but Gavs foot caught the reds, opened them up and 400 people saw their little performance. A super quick get out (taaaaaaa!) meant that we were in the bar by 7..happy days.
