Hello Dolly Dress Rehearsal

Well here we are again for another fun packed week of crewing, with Selsig's offering of Hello Dolly, or as Greg has been calling it "Owbee Lynfa". As you will notice, there is no review of the get in, as I was in work dealing with idiots and drunks, then last night I was with the Pins...it was deja vu.

Another show....same things happen, Andrew farts, Sam has got that mega strong chocolate and Gav has problems with screen savers.

A good turn out from the Pins, meant Rhys was able to allocate the crew to the different sides, and split up the naughty twins Gav and Andrew. Some big scene changes and tempremental hinges and pins (the actual things) not the crew, made for some difficulty, but for a dress rehearsal they were pretty sweet.

Kay, who was in charge of props, was on the warpath with anyone who touched her kebab. The waiters galloped and she made sure they had the right plates etc. The fresh beetroot was tasty mind you.

Andrew decided to put a handle on the door half way through a scene, causing one hell of racket, which made us all laugh.

The fly boys (with their community first sponsered gloves) flew smoothly, and everything went well. Gav having run the opening powerpoint presentation, thought he had turned off the projector, however towards the end of act one, Gregs computer started running a security search, and a screen saver was being broadcast onto the stage, bringing back memories of We Will Rock you. Unable to sort it out, Gav just pulled the plug on the projector.

Well done to all involved, and have a good week all of you. There will be no review tomorrow as I am working, although if anyone wants to email me any cock-ups I will make one up.

Couple of questions,

1. Will the week be full of people doing Nessa impressions?

2. Where shall we have grub Saturday?

3. Why is Sarah still looking for Jewish Docking websites?

4. Will anyone play with Kay's kebab tonight?

All the best kids.
